The position of Reverse Logistics Coordinator is responsible for executing the risk mitigation strategies regarding nonperforming inventory within Nobles network. The incumbent will liaison & manage the execution with various internal and external stakeholders in order to optimize and maintain optimization of Nobles inventory within the network.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee in the partnership with our branch network and vendors the execution of vendor credits.
- Oversee in the partnership with our branch network and customers the execution of lquidation sales opportunities.
- Optimize the scrap disposal process when other opportunities have been vetted.
- Organize all inventory optimization processes in the warehouses to optimize space and improve efficiencies.
- Assist in the performance of inspection, disposition and return to stock processes.
- Maintain and generate inventory reports related to nonperforming inventory disposition
- Establish inspection processes and evaluation criteria. Train employees on the processes.
- Establish effective disposition processes to return inventory to stock or to liquidate.
- Maintain regular communication with supply chain teams and various stakeholders to update them on any outstanding issues
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by ensuring regulatory and company standard and practices are adhered to
- Develop and monitor KPIs for reverse logistics.

Qualifications:
**Must Have**
- Post-secondary degree/diploma/designation in Business Administration and/or Supply Chain Management
- Working knowledge of ERP and WMS systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities and various constraints related to supply chain
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and detail oriented skills
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast paced work environment
- Ability to work independently, with a self-starter mindset - someone who enjoys a challenge

**Nice to Have**
- 1-2 years' previous experience in warehousing, inventory & distribution experience
