- Oversee feasibility studies, cost-effective analyses, and documentation for proposed client I&IT initiatives.
- Manage technical aspects of projects through all stages of the SDLC, including planning, scheduling, resource estimation, and progress monitoring.

**Skills & Experience Requirements**

**Analytical & Technical Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in evaluating business and technical design alternatives, proposing cost-effective IT solutions, and developing use cases and traceability matrices.
- Knowledge of systems design and development principles and methods.
- Ability to analyze and validate technical data output from system integration.

**QA Testing**:

- Familiarity with Quality Assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to create test cases/scripts from user requirements and write test scenarios.
- Experience with imaging and data capture solutions.

**Communication Skills**:

- Effective communication with IT team members, partners, clients, and vendors.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

**Must-Have Qualifications**:

- Experience in technical design use cases, flexibility matrices, and data, particularly in image processing solutions.
- Experience interacting with system users, gathering business requirements, and developing projects.
- Ability to analyze, map, and validate technical data from a system integration perspective.
- Experience with COT solutions and QA methodologies.

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with DevOps tools.

Pay: $45.00-$60.00 per hour
