**About TOP Sports**

TOP Sports is a multi-sport club in Ontario offering competitive and recreational programs in hockey, soccer, lacrosse, and basketball to youth ages 4-14. Our mission is to create a balanced youth sport model that can support the development of 10,000 athletes annually with the goal of 40% playing two or more sports.

Currently we operate in two areas of southern Ontario, offering 130+ programs each year to over 3,200 kids. We have a seasonal staff of 75+ part-time coaches and a small group of rockstar full-time staff. As we continue to grow and spread our message, our goal is to expand to multiple areas of Ontario to create our own leagues, tournaments, and festivals.

**The Job**

**You Will Be**
- Managing registration platforms like TeamSnap, Front Office, Sports Engine, etc
- Managing client services, including registrations, refunds, credits, and program transfers
- Managing master program schedule, including all programs, camps, and external services
- Managing monthly payroll and timesheets
- Managing master employee files, including onboarding of new staff, contracts, & HR
- Supporting Program Managers with daily admin tasks, including rostering, tournament registrations, player books, and governing body communication.
- Completing various internal tasks, including ordering and inventory, office management, office organization, meeting minutes, and general admin tasks

**You Should Have..**
- Post-secondary degree in sports management, business, or a related field
- 1-3 years sports club administrative experience
- 2+ years youth sports coaching (asset)
- Extensive experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (or Google Suite)
- Extensive experience with sports registration platforms (TeamSnap, Front Office, and Sports Engine an asset)
- Experience managing payroll and employee schedules
