We are looking to recruit an area sales manager who will consult with and provide technical support for customers in all of Asia, India and Oceania. In this role you will become the point of contact with customers and partners in the region, focusing on understanding customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to product development initiatives and training as required. You must be able to travel throughout the territory, providing a physical presence for the company at local and regional events and being able to demonstrate products to new and existing customers.

**Responsibilities of the Area Sales Manager**:

- Knowledge of all products & services, and able to provide responses for rental, training, support & sales inquiries.
- Follow process to drive opportunities through the sales process and track sales funnel metrics.
- Create quotes, proactively follow up, convert quotes to sales orders & manage sales pipeline funnel according to defined sales process.
- Providing timely and proactive support to hybrid sales as assigned.
- Attend industry events as a technical representative of the company and deliver technical presentations as required.
- Deliver standard in-person and online webinar training according to training programs
- Work with Training Lead to develop training content and conducts personalized training courses to customers as required.

**Requirements of the Area Sales Manager**:

- Sound knowledge in the principals of Ground Penetrating Radar equipment
- Practical experience in the use of Ground Penetrating Radar equipment
- Educational background in Geological Engineering or similar discipline
- Speak fluent English and ideally business Mandarin or Cantonese
- Ability to deliver training both online and face to face
- Able to travel extensively across the region and occasionally to Canada
- Familiar with the sales and after sales process
