**Responsibilities**:

- determining market strategies & goals for each product and service
- obtaining & coordinating data & information from staff & member groups
- researching and developing lists of potential customers
- doing market research to determine customer needs & providing information to other staff
- evaluating product & service marketability in terms of customers' technical needs
- following up on sales leads and developing leads
- maintaining up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets
- establishing & maintaining industry contacts that lead to sales
- working with telemarketing, sales support and staff to establish a communication path with the customer to ensure sales opportunities for products & services.
- 2. Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales in a professional and effective manner by:

- developing sales and marketing proposals for customers on technical products & services
- making presentations to users,
- developing technical presentations & workshops
- maintaining up-to-date awareness of activities, industry trends & government regulations
- making regular sales calls to develop relationships and follow up on leads
- acting to dose deals & finalize contacts
- meeting established sales quotas and revenue goals
- 3. Participate in sales forecasting and planning in an effective manner by:

- researching, developing & maintaining long & short range sales & marketing plans
- producing regular reports & final plans for Manager's approval
- maintaining an up-to-date awareness of strategic plans and procedures to coordinate market
- monitoring, analyzing, & communicating sales data, via contact management software, to
- contribute to product/service planning
- 4. Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers
- communicating openly, honestly and constructively
- treating all employees and customers with dignity, respect and courtesy
- taking responsibility for and making every effort to resolve communication, trust and respect concerns and problems
- asking for information needed to perform job responsibilities
- 5. Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time- Requirements:

- 5-10 years of sales experiences in the plastics industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred

**ELECTRICIAN / **MACHINE WIREPERSON**
- Check & compare physical parts/numbers to Bill of Material to ensure correct parts are issued for installation
- Electrical license preferred
- Knows how to read and interpret electrical drawings/schematics
- Knows how to layout and wire different components within and between electrical cabinets & machinery
- Can lift 40lbs
- Install electrical devices such as proximity sensors, photoeyes, pull cords, etc. on machinery
- Select, bend and install conduit (flexible, liquidtight, EMT, Rigid), clips, trays, etc., as required
- Wire components in cabinets or on machines according to schematics and the Canadian Electrical Code
- Report directly to the Electrical Production Supervisor
- Own basic tools (tester, screwdrivers, pliers, wire stripper, metal files, etc.) to be used for building electrical control panels
- Troubleshoot systems
- Maintain and repair building electrical systems as required
- Maintain a clean work environment
- To perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
- Inform stock keeper when consumable components are getting low in supply
- Work in accordance with Health and Safety policies.
