We are currently looking to fill the position of Administrative Assistant (contract) to work within our London, Ontario head office.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Auburn Developments, located in downtown London, Ontario, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to be responsible for providing a range of administrative support and coordination of projects for the Vice President, Auburn Developments. The duties include, but are not limited to the following:

- Provide general administrative support
- Prepare reports, memos, documents, presentations, and templates
- Prepare contracts, invoices, statements, purchase orders
- Assist with monthly duties as required
- Provide project support as needed
- Deal with and attend to all inquiries from the public in a professional manner
- Preparation of various correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate projects with third parties
- Collection and input of data and submission of reports
- Prepare and post social media ads
- General filing and office administrative duties

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Post Secondary education in business administration, marketing, or other related studies
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
- Experience in real estate development industry preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook a must
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of work
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Good research skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and able to make decisions with little or no supervision
- Professional, calm demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Enthusiastic and team oriented

Contract length: 21 months

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON N5R 6G2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
- real estate development: 2 years (preferred)
