Digital Marketing Expert

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated campaigns that align with our college objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing.
- Plan, execute, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising channels.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Generate lead and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others to drive targeted traffic and conversions while working within the designated spend budget.
- Optimize content for lead generation, conversion, and student engagement using data-driven insights and analytics tools.
- Regularly conduct thorough Keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
- Create and curate engaging content for the college’s website, blog, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the admissions and communications teams to support enrollment initiatives and events through digital marketing efforts.
- Manage and grow the college’s social media presence, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure the college remains competitive in the digital space.
- Assist in the development and management of the digital marketing budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the education sector.
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing, including experience in Lead Generation/Lifecycle Marketing roles, preferably within private college or higher education industry.
- Proven track record of success in executing scalable marketing strategies that drive demand generation.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
