Career Opportunity: Sales Representative (Flooring Advisor)
Where: Duncan, BC
Type: FULL-TIME, PERMANENT
When: Monday-Saturday with one day off during the week (overtime as required)

A day in the life of
The Flooring Advisor is responsible for greeting and working with customers: Determining their needs and asking questions to help them purchase the right flooring for them.

What we need from you
- Strong mathematical skills (You will be responsible for accurately figuring out how many square feet are required to complete a job based off customers measurements or building plans.
- Goal-orientated and driven.
- Self-motivated to complete estimates in a timely manner and follow up with customers.
- Retail sales experience preferred.
- High energy and passion.
- Provide courteous & efficient service.
- Attention to detail.
- Organization
- Project management.
- Computer skills (Will need to learn how to use our POS program, Google Sheets).
- Positive Attitude.
- Design knowledge is an asset.
- Construction knowledge is an asset.
- Ability to lift 50lbs (You may have to assist in loading your customers if the warehouse staff is unavailable).
