**What is the opportunity?**

**_ Important_**: Please note that the location for this position is Toronto, and it requires a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days/week in the office.

**What will you do**?
- Participate in updating the team’s Private PSE - PS & Ops Connect Site
- Participate in updating the RBC Global Procurement Support (myProcurement Hub) Connect Site

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Bilingual: English & French
- Call Centre, Customer service, Help Desk experience,
- Computer skills
- GED

**Nice-to-have**
- College Preferred
