Air Borealis is currently seeking qualified applicants for a Human Resources Business Partner position in Goose Bay, NL.

**Overview**:
Reporting to the Director, HR Business Partnerships, the Human Resources Business Partner role is responsible for providing advice, guidance and support related to the best practices across all functions in Human Resources. The Advisor role plays an integral role in supporting employees and leadership to maximize the potential and effectiveness of themselves and their teams.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Support Air Borealis leaders and employees onsite with advice, coaching and communication in all areas of Human Resources
Serve as the primary employee relations point of contact with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude, focusing on consistency and compliance
Assist with the implementation, coordination and administration of human resource programs by providing human resources services and administration, including but not limited to: training and development, performance management, records management, succession planning, retention programs and workforce planning
Support leadership to ensure all policies and procedures are followed in accordance with company guidelines
Assist with recruitment and work closely with the Human Resources Team to develop unique and customized recruitment strategies Attend networking and recruitment events, with an enthusiasm to meet new people and share the Air Borealis story
Facilitate a smooth and welcoming arrival and onboarding for all new employees into Air Borealis
Create visibility for the HR Department on the front line, including station visits
Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:
Completion of a relevant post-secondary degree or diploma; a focus on Human Resources is considered an asset
3-5 years previous experience in a Human Resources Generalist type role
Strong confidence in providing HR direction and advice to leaders and employees
Excellent detail orientation and communication skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Eligibility to obtain and maintain security clearance
