**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**:
Your responsibilities will include:
▪ Participate in administering/managing the contractual and administrative aspects of construction contracts awarded.
▪ Maintain contracts, schedules, spreadsheets, records and filings, hard copy and electronic. Adhere to policies, IT security protocols and best practices.
▪ Assemble data and prepare reports as needed.
▪ Take phone calls and prepare and issue, quotes, work orders, letters, memos and approval documents related to contractual matters.
▪ Prepare, review, evaluate and process RFI’s (Requests for Information), contract amendments and changes, and change directives.
▪ Assist in the payment process by verifying contractors’ requests for progress payments, release of holdback, final payments, and back charges.
▪ Process documentation for contract close-outs.
▪ Provide feedback to management regarding challenges or problematic contract administrative issues.
▪ Prepare building assessment reports.
▪ Provide support for cost control management activities.
**Education**:
▪ Office Administration or related Diploma/Certificate is an asset.
**Experience**:
▪ 3+ years Administrative experience. An interest in, or experience in a construction, glass and aluminum, engineering, legal or architectural work environment is an asset but not required.
**Computer**:Proficiency in MS **Word, Excel**, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience in SharePoint and Teams is ideal.
