What you’ll be working on:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Kotn’s network of 3PL and carrier partners.
- Control and reduce logistics and distribution costs while maintaining efficiency and delivery commitments
- Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising & Planning, Production, Customer Service, Retail teams to deliver best in class omni-channel solutions
- Ensure SLA compliance and negotiate competitive rates with 3PLs and carrier partners on an ongoing basis
- Ensure customs compliance and clearance for all product categories (apparel, home, hardgoods)
- Oversee Inventory control including but not limited to daily, weekly and monthly inventory reconciliations and reporting.
- Own the duty drawback process, ensure timely reimbursement of applicable duties
- Own the Inventory & Order Management System/ERP systems
- Manage and develop a high-performing logistics team

Additional Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain Management (MBA is an asset)
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a logistics management position in an apparel retail environment
- Experience with cross-border logistics
- Experience in small parcel/courier as well as bulk airfreight and seafreight
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills
- Flexibility, proactiveness and initiative
- Alignment with the company’s ethos considered a requirement for this department
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
- Experience in MS Office, Google suite, IMS/WMS or ERP systems preferred
- Availability to travel when required
