**Logistics Manager**

Reporting to the EVP, the Logistics Manager is responsible for managing the Window Cleaning Depot, our inventory, warehouse operations, and our company fleet. Dealing directly with customers and cleaners, this position will be responsible for online sales. The Logistics Manager will collaborate with internal teams to understand, meet, and exceed business objectives.

**Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 9 am
- 5 pm**

**Salary Range
- $85000 + Bonus**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop inventory control procedures and best practices
- Develop and maintain an inventory database
- Investigate inventory variances, find root causes, and develop solutions
- Prepare monthly reports on inventory activities and variances
- Manage all aspects of Window Cleaning Depot including maintaining the general appearance, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Increase sales at Window Cleaning Depot by providing excellent customer service to external customers and employees
- Prepare and maintain all associated paperwork
- Responsible for all aspects of the company fleet including the driver's list
- Arrange for vehicle insurance, maintenance, repairs and negotiate rates with outside service providers across all provinces Aurum operates in
- Ensure fleet-related compliance with all local legislation in every area where Aurum operates
- Responsible for key warehouse functions including fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and retail distribution
- Work collaboratively with operations staff to ensure a smooth flow of tasks
- Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met or exceeded
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of making a positive difference in an organization
- Degree or diploma is considered an asset
- 5+ years of warehouse/fleet/retail experience
- Strong communication skills
- Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary
- Good organization and reporting skills
- Strong retail customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office and learn new programs
