As an Insurance Services Support Advisor, this role supports the Sales and Service, Underwriting and Claims teams and our customers by completing policy changes, triaging, processing and/or escalating incoming documents, and responding to customer requests in a professional and efficient manner. Duties will include:

- Managing all incoming documents and policy change requests for insurance customers in a timely manner.
- Reviewing claims notices and assigning to the underwriting team for actioning.
- Responding to customer inquiries received via a shared mailbox, ensuring that correspondence is handled and/or forwarded to the appropriate team within SLA.
- Entering inspections into the policy system, updating the policy details as needed and escalating to the underwriting team when recommendations are identified.
- Manually ordering loss control and underwriting reports as required.
- Supporting requests to provide confirmation of insurance as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships cross-functionally and with external stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Refer risks to the appropriate teams for handling within established authority levels
- Participate in Quality Reviews and audits as required.
- Support maintenance of a compliant UW environment in relation to guidelines and rules.

**Job Requirements**
- Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations (completed or in progress) or equivalent required
- 2+ years relevant experience in commercial insurance in an underwriting support role
