**A Day in the Life**:
As our Social Media Content Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with our Toronto-based marketing team and the brand and content manager to develop compelling content that aligns with business objectives and create captivating graphic based visual content as well as written content for various mediums, including social media platforms, websites, newsletters, blog posts, and print materials. You'll drive brand consistency by producing high-quality digital still ads, and marketing collateral while staying abreast of content trends, consumer preferences, and technological advancements to inform content development strategies. You'll post all our content and advertisements to the appropriate social media channels, monitor and moderate online communities to enhance social engagement and foster meaningful interactions with our audience to ensure consistent experiences for our customers with our brands. You may even use your skills to assist with camera and lighting while we shoot content on set. You’ll do this all while monitoring KPIs and making sure what we do is data driven.
**Must Haves**:
- 2-3 years Social Media marketing experience.
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere.
- Expert in Canva with an ability to do quick turn around on ad templates.
- Strong background in digital ad creation and written content creation.
- Strong background in graphic design.
- Must have an eye for creating high-quality graphic content.
- Knowledge of YouTube content posting, and YouTube ads.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and LinkedIn ads.
- Knowledge of branding, typography, and graphic design principles.
- Familiarity with social media marketing, SEO, SEM, SMO, and primary social media platforms.
- Proficiency in website development and a history of doing website updates.
- Ability to track KPI’s and a history of data driven marketing.
- Ability to produce impactful content for various digital channels.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment based out of the Toronto area.
- Portfolio of previous work.

- Videography and Photography knowledge.
- Video editing knowledge.
- Affiliate marketing knowledge.
- Blog writing background.
- Film production assisting experience.
- Adobe Captivate experience.
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
