We are looking for a Territory Sales Specialist to join our team in **London,Ontario.**

This position requires frequent travel to customer premises. You should expect to be available for travel 75% of the time. **_Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle available._**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Organise marketing events and selling programs through face-to-face or virtual interactions
- Build and maintain positive relationships with MDU property management and leasing staff to ensure Rogers remains the preferred brand presented to prospective tenants
- Evaluate customer needs through a consultative approach to offer Rogers solutions to satisfy all household communication needs
- Attend product trainings, team meetings and planning sessions as required or when called for
- Share market intelligence with their managers and the marketing teams
- Perform end to end order entry through multiple sales and service order entry tools
- Conduct all business as per Rogers Business Code of Conduct

**Qualifications**:

- Proven ability to thrive in a sales environment and ability to work independently to achieve set goals within a strategic plan
- Highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Strong ability to negotiate and handle objections
- Available to work on a Flexible Schedule to meet customer’s preference
- Comfortable working in be able to work in adverse weather conditions
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle available
