Business and Scientific Marketing Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
Marketing and Sales Strategy Development:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing and sales strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer needs, and emerging trends.
- Analyze competitors and the industry landscape to identify opportunities and recommend strategies to gain a competitive edge.

Scientific Content Creation:

- Translate complex scientific concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content suitable for diverse audiences.

Content Distribution and Promotion:

- Develop and implement content distribution plans to maximize reach and engagement across various channels, including websites, social media platforms, newsletters, and industry publications.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create effective promotional campaigns around scientific content, ensuring it supports lead generation and conversion efforts.

Collaboration and Relationship Management:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and scientific research, to gather insights and align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), industry experts, and scientific communities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, such as website traffic, content engagement, and lead generation, to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate the impact of marketing efforts and provide actionable recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Scientific education with a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or relevant coursework is an asset.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies, preferably in a scientific or technical industry.
- Strong scientific writing skills and the ability to communicate complex scientific information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with scientific research methodologies, data analysis, and interpretation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Prior experience in the biotechnology or life sciences industry is a plus.
