**Title**:Client Success Specialist

**Reports to**:Acting VP of Sales

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Solutions Specialist to interact with our customers both in person and online, enabling effective use of our solution. As a member of the sales team, you will participate in presales activities, provide support to the sales team, and assist in writing proposals to ensure that our solutions are correctly specified.

**Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Interact with customers both in person and online to ensure they are able to use our solution
- Clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations with customers and key stakeholders
- Travel to customer businesses and assist in product installation of our telematics device into vehicles
- Input Fleet data into our platform
- Provide consistent reporting and escalate any issues
- Develop and maintain expertise on all products, systems and processes
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales, department to improve customer experience and drive sales
- Participate in pre sale activities and support the sales team to ensure the product is being represented correctly
- Assist in writing proposals to ensure the solution is spec'd properly

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess a solid working knowledge of Heavy Duty mechanics
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in engineering, heavy equipment, or automotive technician specialization
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales, heavy duty maintenance, or related field
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Team player and willing to help others when required
- Able to work with diverse personalities and style
- Strong organizational/time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
- Be passionate about what you do - take ownership of the customer interaction to ensure success
- Must be able to travel 25 % of the time within Canada, USA and South America.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
