**Le rôle**:
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un coordinateur de projet pour rejoindre notre équipe croissante de la réussite client Dans ce rôle, vous aurez deux responsabilités principales : gérer avec confiance nos plans de projet d'intégration client pour garantir qu'ils progressent conformément aux attentes, et réengager nos clients non réactifs pour les remettre sur la bonne voie. Nos clients et les membres de notre équipe compteront sur vous pour assurer la fluidité et l'efficacité de notre processus d'intégration client. Même lorsque les projets avancent à plein régime, vous êtes capable de rester calme et de vous concentrer sur les détails, afin de vous assurer que rien n'est négligé.

**Responsabilités**:

- Assister nos spécialistes de la mise en œuvre dans la préparation des ordres du jour et des documents de présentation client.
- Diffuser les actions requises à toutes les parties prenantes clés et suivre leur progression auprès des clients et des membres internes de l'équipe pour assurer l'avancement des tâches en attente.
- Maintenir la communication avec nos clients et les parties prenantes internes concernant les échéances et les mises à jour du projet, en escaladant les obstacles clés avec l'équipe.
- Veiller à ce que le projet et la mise en œuvre progressent conformément aux attentes et trouver des solutions pour résoudre les problèmes rencontrés en impliquant les bonnes parties prenantes.
- Préparer et présenter des rapports d'état de gestion de projet au spécialiste de la mise en œuvre, mettant en évidence les progrès réalisés et les problèmes potentiels.
- Collaborer avec d'autres départements pour répondre aux différentes demandes des clients, notamment en communiquant avec nos équipes de vente et de support client.

**Exigences**:

- Plus de 2 ans d'expérience antérieure en gestion de projet
- Très soucieux.se du détail et organisé.e, avec une emphase sur le suivi rigoureux
- Très proactif.ve, motivé.e et capable de travailler de manière indépendante.
- Fortes compétences en communication interpersonnelle, écrite et orale
- Capacité à hiérarchiser plusieurs tâches concurrentes et à s'adapter rapidement dans un environnement dynamique
- Capacité à trouver de nouvelles façons d'améliorer les efficacités

**Compétences et qualifications bonus**:

- Expérience antérieure dans les logiciels en tant que service (SaaS) ou dans les start-ups
- Expérience antérieure dans l'utilisation de MS Office et Salesforce
