**Here's the role**

We're looking for a jack-of-all trades to ensure the smooth and effective operations of a fast-paced executive office and Board of Directors. In a nutshell, you are responsible for providing oversight and planning support for the Executive Leadership Team, coordinating board meetings and events, and spreading positivity and enthusiasm throughout GMS

**Your must haves**
- Post-secondary education in administration and 5+ years of administrative support at the CEO and Executive Leadership level, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior knowledge and experience working with and providing support at the board level.
