**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Make and receive collections calls to assess and resolve early and late-stage accounts
- Assess and negotiate various solutions to different accounts
- Provide quick resolution to customers with regards to disputes, inquires, and invoice clarifications
- Ability to de-escalate customer concerns and resolve situations
- Schedule and follow up with customers to ensure that commitments are met
- Develop professional relationships with customers to promote healthy payment strategies and ensure a positive customer experience
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment
- Inform clients on their outstanding debts and upcoming deadlines
- Negotiate payment terms and methods using critical thinking and probing questions to overcome objections
- Conduct outbound calls, related to negotiating payments, updating customer information, and other customer service inquiries

**QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- Minimum 1-3 years of Collections experience
- Strong computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast paced and stressful environment
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Confidence in problem solving
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong negotiation skills
