**How You'll Perform The Role**

100% In site position

Schedule Monday to Friday: 40 hours per week

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- In charge of continuous improvement in the plant;
- Implement various improvement projects;
- Participate in the testing process for new products and/or new equipment with the aim of continuous improvement and validation with quality standards;
- In charge of financial reporting related to research and development;
- Reject emission report etc.
- If necessary, support the quality department;
- Work in conjunction with the Quality, Production and Maintenance/Engineering departments;
- Be a technical support for “Troubleshooting”;
- All other related tasks.

**What We Need From You** Required qualities**
- Very good ability to work in a team;
- Demonstrate professionalism, organization, follow-up / rigor;
- Good sense of initiative
- 5 years experience in continuous improvement
- Bilingualism (English-French) (especially in writing)
- Knowledge of Advanced Office Suite
- Knowledge: Database (ACCESS)
- Mastery of the BAAN system (an asset)
