**What the job is all about**:
The Events Administrator is responsible for supporting the administrative activities behind the scenes of Event Design Group Inc. Event Design Group Inc provides event and production services to over 300 events a year in the Ottawa Market. The Events Administrator will be hired to complete up to a year-long contract (flexible work schedule) to facilitate the successful execution of such events in conjunction with a team of event specialists.

Under the supervision of the Director of Corporate Events, the Events Administrator will be responsible for: Preparing contracts and invoices for client related events Coordinating and ordering Event requirements from sub-contractors using the PO system Internal communication of pre-show Event details including updating installation and removal times as required Updating internal inventory system to prepare and distribute internal event related pull sheets (Flex System) Maintainingand updating the Event Design Events Calendar Uploading event related invoices from sub-contractors to our virtual accounting system (hubdoc) Sourcing Event related materials as required Provide support before, during, and after events as required Perform other related duties as required.

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
