** Job Description Summary**:
Reporting to Sr. Billing and Accounts Receivable Manager, Billing Associate is responsible for verifying bill rates according to the service level used and agreed rates and processes with our clients.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Job Key Contributions/Task)**
- Check Billing tab/ screen on each job/ order processed, verify bill rates according to service level used and agreed rates and process.
- Finalizing delivered orders for all customers
- Processing monthly storage orders
- Receiving transactional data for various customers, maintaining spread sheet, and processing the billing
- Create invoices according to the invoice schedule and send invoices to clients as required
- Maintain pre-scheduled orders board-delete orders not needed and open new orders as per requested schedule
- Assist customer service/logistics department with quotes when required
- Maintaining billing mail box, answering various requests, complaints and inquiries in timely manner
- Support AR Collections
- explaining the billing; providing rates when needed

- Other responsibilities as assigned

**Job Key Competencies/Skills**:

- Must be detail oriented
- Numbers and accounting skills a must
- Experience in billing is a plus
- Ability to process large amounts of data and to meet deadlines
- Self motivated and capable of working with mínimal supervision
- Ability to operate in a disciplined process and procedure based operation
- Has strong business sense

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Proficient computer skills
- Has excellent interpersonal skills, motivates and creates a positive environment and culture
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- This position requires good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment.
