**Company Background**

ITR manufactures and distributes a full range of both OEM and high-quality aftermarket replacement parts for Construction, Mining, and Forestry equipment globally. ITR Canada Distribution is the wholesale division that supports the eastern Canada dealer network.

We are looking for a Bilingual inside Sales agent at our Montreal branch who is sales and customer service oriented, enthusiastic about learning the ITR product line, and eager to assist in driving sales.

**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the part sales process from start to finish
- Answer customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, and lead time of parts and components
- Prepare and follow-up on customer quotes
- Respond to technical questions from customers regarding part breakdowns, specifications,

and functionality
- Consult parts catalogues, online schematics, and other resources to identify parts
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and warranty terms of ITR products
- Identify opportunities to promote and provide information about the ITR brand and range of products
- Recognize opportunities to upsell and to cross-sell complimentary products
- Source parts from other ITR branches and from and external suppliers
- Instruct warehouse staff in shipping priorities and seek to actively minimize transport costs
- Foster good relations with customers and strive to uphold a positive company image during all interactions
- Maintain a high level of service to customers in both English and in French
- Obtain information from other departments regarding the logistics and delivery of goods from overseas
- Continuously expand knowledge and expertise of ground engagement tools (G.E.T), repair parts, and undercarriage components

**Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)**
- Fluently bilingual in French and English
- Strong verbal and written communication in both languages
- High school diploma or higher (an asset)
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
- High proficiency using MS office, Outlook primarily
- Account management, mechanical knowledge and/or industry experience are an asset.
