Job Summary:
We are a Canadian Accounting and Bookkeeping firm committed to deliver exceptional accounting, bookkeeping and tax services to individuals, freelancers, startups and organizations of all sizes.

An ideal resource for this role will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable working with all types of prospects, generating interest, qualifying and setting appointments. If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in lead generation, this is the ideal position for you..

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage in consultative selling to understand customer needs and promote our products or services
- Schedule appointments for business heads to meet with potential clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and appointments in CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and appointment setting
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication)
- Proven experience in inside sales or appointment setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively
- Knowledge of technical sales concepts and finance & accounting terminology is a plus
- Ability to negotiate and influence decision-making processes
- Proficient in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to manage leads and appointments

Pay: $20.51-$22.14 per hour
