Horang Korean Inspired Restaurant & Bar in Hammond Bay Center, and looking for passionate, professional, bright people to join our BOH team
Line/Prep Cook responsibilities include:
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Following the prep list created by chefs to plan duties
- Labeling and stocking all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible
- Measuring ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

Dishwasher - Full-Time/Part Time
- Clean and prepare various foods for cooking or serving.
- Receive and store supplies.
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, andor pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
