**Location**: Toronto - Yonge & Eglinton

**The Opportunity**
To actively contribute to and facilitate awareness and integration of TVO Learn Mathify in the Ontario educational community and among TVO’s partners.
To assist the Manager of Mathify in reporting requirements and in specific communications with Boards, schools, and Mathify site users (students and tutors)

**How you will make an impact**
- Build and maintain relationships with various education stakeholders across the province to promote awareness, access, and use of Mathify, in particular, and other TVO’s Digital Learning resources, in general
- Drive the registration and usage of Mathify, by enthusiastically engaging TELT Contacts, Program teams and Senior Leadership in the educational sector, multiple times in an academic year
- Monitor and report on educational sector needs quarterly, as relayed through Board contacts and other district leadership, to support and enhance educational resources development efforts
- Collaborate with other TVO teams in the development, creation, implementation, and sustaining of innovative content and resources for webinars and other presentations (e.g., conferences), that will provide system leaders and other stakeholders with meaningful resources to drive awareness, access, and use of TVO’s Digital Education’s resources and services.
- Plan, develop and track metrics to create reports that establish the impact and efficacy, both quantitatively and qualitatively, of Mathify outreach events, and maintain internal processes for event scheduling
- Travel to education events, board offices, e-learning provincial and regional events, and into schools to nurture and foster educational partnerships through the promotion of Mathify and other TVO Digital Education resources and services
- Design and present online learning modules and training sessions (e.g. TVO Learn Mathify Ambassador program )
- Work with TVO cross-functional teams to enhance seamless access of TVO Digital Education resources by Ontario educators through school board platforms
- Perform tasks assigned by the Manager to assist in quality assurance, such as tracking, monitoring, documenting, and interacting with school administrators about student conduct on and use of the Mathify site

**What you will bring to TVO**
- Bachelor of Education
- Current ‘good standing’ with Ontario College of Teachers
- Math Degree or Math AQ-strongly preferred
- 1+ years of demonstrated leadership in delivering on projects
- Mature interpersonal skills, effective in relationship building
- Able to work effectively independently yet also collaboratively and responsibly with a team
- Demonstrated business acumen for support of corporate goals
- A drive to set desired outcomes from efforts
- Satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Record Check
- Be able to arrange the occasional evening and weekend work if required, for outreach events
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
- Experience in and understanding of current strategies for teaching Mathematics K-12
