To do that, we’re hiring **Education Counselors in Toronto** to connect and serve our customers better. You’ll work closely with members of current counselling team in Toronto, Business Development team, and Marketing team to grow IDP’s student placement business in Canada. This is a full-time position with highly competitive base salary and bonus plan.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactively engage with international students and their families in Toronto and the East Coast of Canada to promote IDP services and support products
- Assist students with on-arrival issues and provide them with on-shore IDP Services

**About you**
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent
- Working experience in Canada, preferably in an Education Agency providing student services
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Fluency in Spanish/Portuguese will be strongly preferred
- Demonstrated customer-service orientation and highly sales driven
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High level of problem solving and negotiation skills
- Understand needs and issues of onshore international students
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
