We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated, and reliable Warehouse Admin who would like to be in the Logistics industry

**Location**: Oakville, ON

**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory cycle counts that will need attention and correct any adjustment required.
- Data Entry and analysis reports.
- Communication is critical for this role, both verbal and written communication skills, to provide updates to your team.
- You will be the first point of contact for the warehouse, in person and over the phone. Being approachable is key for this role.
- Day-to-day administrative tasks and being able to coordinate incoming freight delivery schedules.
- Ability to quickly change focus for urgent requests and work under multiple time-sensitive projects or deadlines.
- Trained with our internal software and being able to review defective items and record them in the warehouse management systems.
- 80% admin, 20% warehouse - primarily administrative

**Qualifications**:

- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
- WMS experience is an asset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Valid Forklift license/certification
- Minimum of 2 years of direct or related industry experience
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to focus on attention to details

Ability to work cooperatively within a team and with other departments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
