Fresh Start Foods Canada Ltd was founded in 1993 to provide Foodservice Customers with a fresh alternative. An outstanding supply network, efficient distribution through our three regional locations, and our thoroughly modern processing plant are all part of our commitment to provide the freshest fruits and vegetables possible.
Fresh Start Foods is currently seeking a full time Inside Sales Consultant to join our team in our Milton, Ontario location.
Description of Role:
Reporting to the Ontario Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Consultant has the overall responsibility to support, service and grow sales within our existing customer base and attain and develop new accounts. The Inside Sales Consultant is a hands-on sales professional with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop business by further penetrating new and existing customers.
- Strong customer service support to our client base.
- Promote our unique line of value added produce solutions.
- Coordination of budgeting, pricing and reporting support for your customer base.
- Present new products to our customer base.
- Promote our online ordering platform.
- Process customer credits.
- Conflict resolution to ensure that all customer issues/concerns are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Attend regular sales meetings.
- Manage all pricing structures for designated accounts.
- Analyze various sales reports.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

- Experience preferred in the food / consumer packaged goods industry, foodservice, or a related industry experience.
- Experience in the produce category would be an asset.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
- High level of detail and accuracy while working under specific deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong computer skills - working knowledge of Google Docs.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
