**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and managing projects from start to finish.
- Provide administrative support to the project management team.
- Help organize resources, materials, and project deliverables.
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely execution of project tasks.
- Identify and resolve minor issues that may arise during project execution, escalating larger problems to the Project Manager.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge
- Monitor key performance indicators at regular intervals for client and management expectations
- Perform other duties as required to support the success of ongoing projects and business operations.

**Experience/Education**
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices is a plus.
- Prior industry training or IICRC certificates would be an asset.
- Knowledge of industry programs such as Xactimate is considered an asset.
- Prior experience in project management, administration, or a related role is considered a plus.
This role is essential in the fast-paced, high-stakes environment of insurance restoration, offering a mix of technical expertise, client service, and problem-solving to ensure properties are returned to pre-loss conditions as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
