**The Role**

Reporting to the Finance Lead, the Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for the daily administration and management of the Company’s full-cycle Accounts Receivable process.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Administer and manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable process
- Process customer invoices, cash receipts, invoice payments and deposits, etc.
- Verify invoicing discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues
- Maintain control over outstanding invoices including following up on overdue accounts
- Ongoing analysis and reporting of Accounts Receivable Aging and other relevant reports
- Maintain the Company’s client list and appropriate documentation supporting Accounts Receivable
- Assist the Finance team with other projects and tasks as required

**Skills, Education, & Knowledge**
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role or full-cycle accounting
- Two-year diploma in accounting or business considered an asset but not a requirement
- Proficiency using relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and SharePoint
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Superior organization skills and ability to work independently within agreed timelines
- Demonstrates results-driven work ethic and accountability for assigned duties and tasks
- Displays a positive and professional attitude and is a team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
