Join the team **NuVista Mental Health**, as a **Client Care Specialist**. NuVista Mental Health provides high quality mental health services to the members of our community by offering services in Psychology, Social Work and Counselling.

Our team of clinicians have decades of combined experience and believe in providing mental health services that will treat and address underlying issues over the long term, rather than offering a quick, temporary fix. Our goal is to help our clients find the path to their best self so they can move forward with the tools they need for long-term success.

As the **Client Care Specialist** you will provide ongoing support for a multidisciplinary clinic. Responsibilities will include:

- scheduling client appointments and orientating new clients to clinic procedures (including accessing the online portal)
- maintaining the databases of referring doctors/agencies
- generating invoices for insurance companies
- processing payments and issuing receipts
- processing WSIB billing on a monthly basis
- liaising with clinicians to optimize clinical appointments
- liaising with WSIB and other third parties regarding the status of client claims
- supporting the clinic by maintaining a tidy reception area and ordering office/testing supplies
- providing excellent customer service to our valued clients
- other duties, as needed, including training and education

- Ability to learn quickly and effectively use various computer billing and reporting systems
- Ability to maintain confidential records and information
- Leads by example and practices good time management skills
- Knowledge and experience of modern office practices that optimize technology and time management
- Completion of a recognized Administration and/or Business Certificate (or equivalent) or three years administrative experience is considered an asset
- Experience in a mental health clinic experience would be considered an asset
- Experience with WSIB and/or Blue Cross billing and EMR technology would be considered an asset

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
