Who We're Looking For:
Our ideal CRM Administrator is a seasoned HubSpot (or related CRM system) specialist. They'll have a passion for managing CRM databases and will play a pivotal role in maintaining and overseeing the system that allows for valuable partner and prospect information storage and sharing across the organization. Your key responsibilities include ensuring quality inputs and data integrity, optimizing system usage, and analyzing data outputs for efficiency and business performance.

In this role, you demonstrate strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a natural ability to independently troubleshoot, problem-solve and identify opportunities for improvement. You’ll work cross-departmentally to support all company stakeholders that engage or use the company CRM.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related; minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical and data-driven skills to problem-solve and think outside the box
- Have self-managed projects and worked independently to perform analysis and report outcomes
- 2+ years’ experience using HubSpot is required
- Ability to use data analytics tools like Excel and Power BI

What You'll Get To Do:

- Conduct regular CRM updates, audits and troubleshoot bugs and errors
- Oversee data cleanliness and accuracy within Hubspot
- Create, maintain and run training sessions business wide to ensure the adoption and appropriate use of HubSpot
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address user inquiries and challenges
- Coordinate CRM and data analytics related projects, including managing internal and external stakeholders to deadlines
- Own and be responsible for the effectiveness of HubSpot across the business, including updating structure to be in line with industry best practise
- Create and maintain automations, workflows, and optimize CRM properties, fields and datasets
