We’re a registered Private Career College in the Etobicoke area that's offering a Full-Time Sales position for those who excel in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Responsible for ensuring that students are properly interviewed and screened to meet the school’s admissions criteria.

**PRIMARY RESPOSIBILITIES**:

- Administering the different financial programs available to our students.
- Monitoring academic progress, loan certificates, tuition payments and loan processing follow up.
- Liaison with the Ministry of Advance Education and Skills Development, WSIB and participating lending institutions affiliated with the student’s confidential file.
- Offering financial and default management counselling, negotiate payment plans and conducting assessment reviews of student files.
- Updating school financial system, update books, fees and codes on OSAP, account receivables. Collections & encourage timely payments of program deposits., forwarding delinquent accounts to collection, calculating withdrawals, cancellations and refunds.
- Renewing annual school registration of programs and other pertinent information to the Ministry.
- Managing procurement for the school.
- Handling bank deposits, producing accounting statements and providing administrative support to the Campus Director.

**_QUALIFICATIONS: _**

Ontario Student Assistance Loan Program Experience

Possess strong communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.

Clerical, word processing and database management skills.
