**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Management**:

- Manage and oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, and Cash Flow reporting.
- Conduct regular accounting analysis, and manage financial forecasting.
- Review balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Collaborate with the executive team to track and forecast revenue and profit margins.
- **Business Operations**:

- Lead day-to-day operations of 310-SIGN, ensuring timely execution of customer orders and rental services.
- Implement and monitor business strategies to meet targets, and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Sales Growth**:

- Develop and implement sales initiatives, including promotions, campaigns, and business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Work with the marketing and sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing product lines.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Manage and mentor a team that includes Account Managers, Business Development, Designer(s), Production Staff, and a Rentals Staff (10 to 15 office employees).
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, ensuring accountability and performance.
- **Inventory and Resource Management**:

- Oversee inventory levels, managing orders and deliveries to align with sales and production demands.
- Ensure efficient management of rental equipment and inventory.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 10 years of business management experience, ideally in a related industry (signage, manufacturing, or rentals).
- Strong experience in **accounts payable**, **accounts Receivables**, **cash flow analysis**, and **financial forecasting**.
- Proficient in analyzing **balance sheets**, **profit & loss statements**, and managing **basic accounting functions**.
- Proven experience in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor and manage cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing customer relationships and achieving high levels of client satisfaction.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with business management software and financial tools.
- Highly organized and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
