About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our Global Advisory Content Team at KPMG Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of our content programs, ensuring that our marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Program Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of content programs, including the production of high-quality marketing campaign assets and materials.
  • Campaign Tracking and Administration: Track project briefs and timelines for all campaigns in a master file, and ensure that all campaign links are inputted into the Powered BI Tool for tracking purposes.
  • Platform Management: Responsible for keeping our Advisory platforms up-to-date, including Advisory SharePoint, current Hero and Hub content, and dates in the Content Hub.
  • Financial Management: Support the tracking and administration of Advisory budgets and invoices as required.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Content team, program delivery teams, and practice managers to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects as requested by the Global Advisory Marketing Leader.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of three years' professional experience in a relevant marketing, business, or communications role in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Marketing Expertise: Strong email marketing and social media expertise demonstrated in a professional environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills with the ability to convey thoughts and content concisely.
  • Project Management: Superior project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
  • Education: Diploma or undergraduate degree preferably in marketing related qualifications.
  • Technical Skills: MS Office Suite - Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate level).
