- DMI Systems Support Analyst is responsible for providing software and high-level hardware support on Diagnostic Imaging's Information systems and workstations under the guidance of the DMI System Administrator through daily system maintenance activities and support.- This is a corporate position supporting both General and Civic campus.**Rotation/Shifts**:
- Days, evenings and an on-call rotation, 8 hours shift..- For information purposes only - The Hospital reserves the right to change.
**Basic Requirements**:
- Information/Business Systems or Health Care related diploma;
- Minimum 4 years experience in an Information Management environment;
- Working knowledge of medical imaging processes;
- Demonstrated knowledge of HIS and other hospital systems that interrelate with Diagnostic Imaging information systems;
- Proficiency in Administrative software such as word processing, spreadsheet and presentation;
- Excellent Customer Service, Project Management and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills;
- Above-average ability to anticipate problems and react appropriately;
- Excellent analytical and strong problem-solving skills;
- Eligible to work in Canada.**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information/Business Systems or Health Care;
- Experience working in a Diagnostic Imaging environment or equivalent healthcare related field;
- Demonstrated teaching/training experience;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
