Fortin's Supply, and Home Hardware is a family owned business that has been part of the community since 1946. Fortin's currently has stores in Chilliwack, Vedder, Abbotsford and Hope.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill a Part Time/Full Time position on our team.
- Experience as small engine mechanic or similar mechanical experience
- Trade certification or equivalent education in small engines
- Experience with 2 cycle, 4 cycle engines
- Experience with hydraulic hoses, fittings and adapters
- Class 5 driver’s license, reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Physically able to lift >50lbs
- Available to work Saturdays

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of outdoor power equipment such as lawn mowers, chainsaws, pumps and generators
- Build hydraulic hose assembly
- Order appropriate parts and supplies to expedite repair process
- Complete and create work order
- Accurately read part diagrams
- Professional communication with clients
- Assist in housekeeping duties in the office, yard and shop as required
- Assist with shipping and receiving materials as required
- Using forklift to offload and load shipments as required (Training Provided)
