KMS Tools & Equipment Edmonton West is looking for an experienced warehouse lead to supervise the receipt, distribution, and storage of merchandise. The warehouse lead will oversee picking, storage, receiving, online order fulfillment, and administrative functions.

**Warehouse lead Responsibilities**:

- Oversee receiving, customer pickup and warehousing operations.
- Oversee the use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology to streamline operations.
- Control inventory accuracy by coordinating bin counts.
- Address issues that arise in day-to-day operations promptly and effectively. This could involve resolving customer complaints, handling damaged goods, or managing unexpected delays.
- Maintain adequate shipping and packaging supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance of all health and safety regulations and policies
- Assist in performance reviews.
- Motivating and disciplining staff.
- Coach and develop warehouse staff to meet organizational and personal goals
- Implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Identifying inefficiencies and developing and implementing solutions to enhance overall warehouse performance

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
