**Le Poste** Nous recrutons un assistant administratif de soutien d'équipe bilingue permanent pour soutenir les équipes de protection de Midland. Le titulaire relèvera du gestionnaire du service administratif. **The Job **We are recruiting for a permanent Bilingual Team Support Administrative Assistant to support the Midland Protection Teams. The incumbent will report to the Administration Service Manager. This individual will provide team administrative support to the agency in accordance with Society policies and procedures, protocols under the Collective Agreement, Ministry Regulations, Standards and Directives and relevant legislation. This position will work from the Midland office location and provide reception coverage for that branch office. This is a unionized position with CUPE Local 5319.

**Qualifications**
- Diplôme d’un collège d’administration ou de commerce ou études et expérience équivalentes.
- Connaissance approfondie des logiciels et des systèmes de base de données liés aux services.
- Solide compréhension de l’infrastructure et des processus organisationnels.
- Compétences excellentes en service à la clientèle.
- Connaissance approfondie du système de protection de l’enfance.
- Grand souci du détail pour éviter les erreurs.
- Compréhension des valeurs et des principes en matière d’anti-oppression et d’anti racisme.
- Un permis de conduire valide et l’utilisation d’un véhicule sont exigés.
- Le bilinguisme (français/anglais) et requis pour tout poste désigné bilingue. La compétence sera évaluée.

**Qualifications**
- Administrative or business college diploma or equivalent education and experience.
- Thorough knowledge of service-related software and database systems.
- Solid understanding of organizational infrastructure and processes.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Broad knowledge of child welfare systems.
- Strong attention to detail to avoid errors.
- Understanding of anti-racism and anti-oppression values and principles.
- A valid drivers’ license and access to a vehicle is required.
- Ability to communicate in French and English is required and proficiency will be tested.

**Rémunération** Le salaire, qui varie entre 47,218$ to 59,035$ selon expérience, est doté d'un ensemble d'avantages sociaux généreux, de vacances et d'allocations pour des absences autorisées.
