**Devoirs et responsabilités**:
- Fournir un partenariat commercial stratégique aux dirigeants en mettant l'accent sur la gestion des talents, la gestion des performances, le développement du leadership et la gestion des conflits et collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles dans les domaines de l'acquisition de talents, de la rémunération et des avantages sociaux en ce qui concerne les projets et les meilleures pratiques.
- Faciliter les initiatives de changement avec des conseils et un coaching RH. Conseiller les gestionnaires sur une variété de sujets afin d'optimiser l'engagement des employés, le développement des équipes et l'efficacité organisationnelle.
- Fournir des services aux gestionnaires dans les processus RH annuels tels que l'examen de fin d'année et la planification de la rémunération, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, la validation de la hiérarchie des employés, les rapports des dirigeants et les présentations sur les mises à jour budgétaires.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration et à la mise en œuvre de l'administration des initiatives, politiques et programmes RH.
- Reporting de conformité RH + Data Analytics - Chiffre d’affaires, etc.
- Participer à l'animation et au soutien de comités et de projets spéciaux RH (Mtl : comité social, comité santé et sécurité).
**Responsabilités** du **poste**:
- Doit comprendre délibérément et stratégiquement les groupes de clients.
- Responsabilité directe de l'exécution de la stratégie RH au sein de la fonction commerciale.
- Interfacer avec la direction des fonctions commerciales pour mettre en œuvre des programmes, des politiques et des initiatives qui répondent aux besoins de l'entreprise.
**Compétences** **fondamentales**:
- Communication - Excellentes compétences (orales et écrites) en français et en anglais. (L'anglais est obligatoire car ce rôle nécessite de travailler régulièrement avec des partenaires basés aux États-Unis.)
- Solide connaissance des lois provinciales et des normes du travail.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et capacité à prendre rapidement de bonnes décisions en faisant appel à l'expérience et au jugement, même lorsque vous travaillez avec des informations incomplètes ou sous pression.
- Adaptation rapide au changement.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers à la fois et à respecter les délais, tout en fournissant des résultats de qualité.
**Exp**é**rience**/qualifications **professionnelles** **requises**:
- Expérience - 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente.
- Éducation - Baccalauréat complété en ressources humaines ou en relations industrielles.
