**Responsibilities**:
Provides administrative and clerical support in the maintenance of the TransLink Enterprise Records Management System, including the electronic records and documents management system (OWL). Assists in the coordination, tracking and monitoring of the transfer of semi-active records to an off-site storage facility and the destruction/disposition of the inactive records. Provides basic information to staff in regards to records management policies, procedures and guidelines. Assists in the development of training courses in manual and automated records management systems, according to the training requirements of various users.

**Qualifications**:
Requires high school graduation supplemented by courses in computers and software such as MS word processing, spreadsheets, records management and e-learning/presentation software. Requires one (1) year general office experience in a computerized office environment, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet, records management and e-learning/presentation software. A further period of six (6) months is required to become familiar with the TransLink enterprise, its organization, the Records Management procedures and policies and the electronic records and documents management system (OWL).

**Other Information**:
The following would be considered an asset:
Experience with OpenText Content Server, SharePoint or related products
Knowledge of relevant technologies to meet records management requirements
Ability to represent records management expertise to business clients and other stakeholders in meetings and written correspondence
Knowledge of corporate business functions around offsite storage and document destruction procedures

Recruitment Process: An applicant will be required to demonstrate their suitability for this position by meeting the minimum level of qualifications and experience in order to be invited into the selection process. A standard interview format will be used including general, scenario and behavioural descriptive interview questions.

**Work Schedule**:
37.5 hours per week.

This is a full-time, temporary contract for 18 months.

**Work Designation**:
Hybrid

This position offers the flexibility of working both on-site and remotely within B.C.

**Rate of Pay**:
Salary $4,287 - $5,160 per month (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).

The Total Compensation Package includes Extended Health, Transit Pass and enrollment in the Public Service Pension Plan upon eligibility.
