Cirque Host/hostess

You Will:

- Ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff
- Assist and upsell guests at every opportunity
- Provide exceptional service to all guests entering and exiting the restaurant
- Greet guests, escort to tables and provide menus
- Answer phone and book table reservations
- Be responsible for maintaining the host/hostess station supplies
- Practice approved food handling procedures and ongoing cleanliness
- Assist expediter/runner during peak periods
- Assist Ice Bar during peak periods
- Abide by all RCR policies and Safety Management Program
- Adhere to the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies guidelines and policies
- Know and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program
- Know and comply with all expectations of the Injury Management/Return-to-Work Programs
- Other duties as assigned by a supervisor/manager

You Have:

- An enthusiastic and courteous demeanor (required)
- Previous fine dining experience (an asset)
- Wine pairing and service knowledge (an asset)
- Serving it Right certification (required)

Full-time or part-time positions are available to cover evenings and weekends day-time shifts, requiring flexibility to meet variable guest volumes.
