**The Role**

As a result of our robust growth, we are adding a **Production Systems Manager** to our team of professionals. This role is based in our St. George, NB location and reports to Processing management.

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Work with business leaders to identify business objectives and develop related work activities to achieve positive outcomes.
- Work with IT department and vendors to Identify, analyze, and manage upgrades, new implementations, and other changes to maintain and improve current and future production systems.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the systems used by our production facilities.
- Setup and maintain user access according to corporate security policies.
- Support the creation of training materials and provide individual and group training as required.

This position requires an effective communicator who has initiative, is well organized, and has leadership skills that foster working relationships to ensure business and technology requirements align and drive business value.
