**Business Development Representative (Epson)**

**About the Role**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Cultivate and nurture customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns with empathy and inclusivity.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as a primary point of contact for consultations and support.
- Collaborate with vendors to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and inclusivity.
- Support partner enablement through comprehensive training as an SME and providing insights on product knowledge.
- Manage and optimize the vendor pipeline, qualifying leads, and guiding opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-ups and accurate reporting on vendor-related activities.
- Develop expertise in vendor products, programs, and industry trends, sharing knowledge within the sales team.
- Analyze data to identify improvement areas and implement strategies for impactful results.
- Use creative problem-solving and technical knowledge to facilitate hardware, software, and service requests effectively.
- Participate actively in customer account planning and contribute to sales team success.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 2-5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for printer-based sales experience, especially with Epson products.
- High School Diploma required.
- Proficient in data entry with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and inclusively.
- Skilled in negotiation and persuasive communication to promote ideas effectively.
- Comfortable collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities.
- Organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Adaptable to change and quick to learn and utilize new systems and technologies.

- Offrir un service client exceptionnel, en agissant comme principal point de contact pour les consultations et le soutien.
- Collaborer avec les fournisseurs pour développer et mettre en œuvre des initiatives stratégiques qui favorisent la croissance des affaires et l'inclusivité.
- Soutenir l'habilitation des partenaires grâce à une formation complète en tant que SME et en fournissant des informations sur les produits.
- Gérer et optimiser le pipeline des fournisseurs, qualifier les leads et guider les opportunités tout au long du cycle de vente.
- Coordonner avec les équipes internes pour des suivis en temps opportun et des rapports précis sur les activités liées aux fournisseurs.
- Développer une expertise sur les produits, programmes et tendances de l'industrie des fournisseurs, et partager ces connaissances au sein de l'équipe de vente.
- Analyser les données pour identifier les domaines d'amélioration et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour des résultats impactants.
- Utiliser la résolution créative de problèmes et les connaissances techniques pour faciliter les demandes de matériel, de logiciels et de services de manière efficace.
- Participer activement à la planification des comptes clients et contribuer au succès de l'équipe de vente.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- 2 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente, de préférence dans la vente d'imprimantes, en particulier des produits Epson.
- Diplôme d'études secondaires requis.
- Compétent en saisie de données avec une grande attention aux détails et à la précision.
- Excellentes compétences en communication avec la capacité de transmettre des informations de manière claire et inclusive.
- Compétences en négociation et communication persuasive pour promouvoir efficacement les idées.
- À l'aise pour collaborer avec des personnes de divers horizons et identités.
- Organisé, avec d'excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et la capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches efficacement.
- Adaptable au changement et rapide à apprendre et utiliser de nouveaux systèmes et technologies.
