Trius Winery is a Canadian winemaking pioneer that has been crafting fine VQA wines from premium grapes for over 40 years. **We are looking for someone with**:

- Smart Serve Certification.
- Guest/Customer service excellence focused
- Some previous experience
- Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

**On your shift you will be**:

- Helping create an ideal experience for our guests.
- Running food and describing the dish to the guest with great onstage demeanour
- Assisting with back duties - polishing cutlery and plates and completing daily restaurant duties
- Supporting in all phases of service (bread, water, coffee, mis en place) & following our steps of service
- Clearing and setting tables
- Assisting with setups and takedowns
