We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in hardware design and production transition to join our team. As a Project Manager at Robotic Assistance Devices, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various projects related to hardware design, production transition, and successful production kick-off. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specified quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Project Planning and Execution**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, manufacturing, and production, to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

Utilize Jira and Confluence software to organize project data, create dashboards, track analytics, and monitor project progress.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- ** Production Transition and Kick-off**:
Lead the production transition process from engineering to production, ensuring a smooth and successful handover.

Facilitate collaboration between engineering and production teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and process optimization.

Define and implement production kick-off strategies, including manufacturing readiness, supply chain management, and quality control processes.
- ** Team Management**:
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and provide guidance to team members, ensuring their accountability and productivity.

Conduct regular project team meetings, facilitate communication, and provide updates on project status and milestones.
- ** Stakeholder Management**:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders involved in the projects.

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication channels are established.

Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- ** Quality Assurance**:
Implement quality control measures to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed specified standards and customer requirements.

Conduct regular project reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Monitor project risks and implement appropriate risk management strategies to minimize potential impact on project outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management, specifically focusing on hardware design and production transition.
- Knowledge of robotics principles and electro-mechanical design processes.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence software for data organization, project tracking, and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
