Lumatone is a game-changing controller for keyboard players, film composers, beatmakers, producers, and microtonal composers. Powered by centuries-old music theory and modern design ingenuity, the Lumatone is all at once intuitive to play, fully programmable, and endlessly creative.

The office is located in a beautiful open space in Parkdale. We have a small team and you will be asked to work independently, so you must be a self-starter and organized. Our processes are well documented, and you will have the opportunity to improve them as you go. All our documentation is digital, so understanding how to use Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) is important. You should not be a stranger to a computer.

We seek a detail-oriented person who can help us support our customers and test and repair our instruments before shipping.

**Duties**
- Excellent interpersonal
- Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment such as calipers to complete assembly tasks
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Package and ship via couriers to end-customers
- Provide technical support on video to our customers around the world

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fine motor skills, especially finger dexterity and sensitivity to effectively play and diagnose keys on the keyboard
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

**Nice to have...**

- ability to play the piano
- some knowledge of software and firmware, especially Linux-based systems

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
